- How long does a Rachel Rose dress take to order?
It takes about 5 months to make your Rachel Rose dress, we can do rush orders for a small fee.
- Do you ship Worldwide?
We recommend to all of our brides to order though your closest Rachel Rose retailer, which can be found on our retailers website page.
- I’m not close to a Rachel Rose retailer, what should i do?
You can still order via your closest or any Rachel Rose retailer in your country. Phone order or via email, this just means you’ll be ordering without trying the dress on first. You can order directly though us if needed.
- What is a Trunk Show?
A trunk show is when we have our new collection travelling around the country visiting our retailers.
- Ordering a dress, what do i need?
To order a Rachel Rose dress we need three measurements bust, waist and hips. If in store your stylist will measure you on the day.
A 50% deposit is required to order a Rachel Rose dress and the other 50% deposit is required on pickup or before delivery.
- What sizes can i order a dress in?
Our dresses can be order from size 0 to size 30.
- What customisation are available?
We offer lots of customisations from leg splits being at any length desired, lower or higher backs, different neck lines, bodice from one dress put on a different skirt. Different colour options, lots of detachable skirts and wings available.
- Do i need alterations
Yes, every bride will need to have alterations to secure the fit of the dress and for the length to hemmed to the bride height. Each Rachel Rose retailer should have a recommended dress maker for your alterations.
